I’ve been thinking of getting a weight belt but thought they were for
people with back problems. I tend to hunch my back so I think it may be
good for me to invest in a belt. I’ve had three kids so it can be hard for
me getting back up from the squat position.

It dont feel weird unracking the bar for a squat with one foot??
