Don’t consume pasta, rice, and bread. They are really high in calories due to carbohydrates. You can eat meat such as chicken breast without bread again not too much gravy sauces would be better. Stay away from ice cream. of course you need exercise. to make that curve on the waist defitely work on your ab.
